If you value your life, don't watch this movie; you might die of boredom. Although the actors tried very hard, they could not compete with the corny dialogue. As for the theme, we have learned that in modern life everything is possible; maybe genetic manipulation on a few of the world's politicians would be of an advantage to us. Just imagine ...
I usually don't like B movies. This one was entertaining to me though. I liked the storyline and I found it funny in some parts. Good for a one time watch.
